Celebrating Solstice is a Legendary Quest. This quest serves as an introduction to the Solstice 2022 event.
1. Celebrating Solstice
Description
Visit Eva Levante in the Tower.
Interaction: Eva Levante
"Happy Solstice, Guardian!"
Eva beams as you approach, gesturing to the verdant splendor that now decorates the Courtyard.
"It brings me such happiness to see life thriving in the Tower. If we focus only on what we've lost, we can easily lose sight of the hope and beauty that surrounds us."
She folds her hands in front of her and gives you a kind smile.
"Have you heard the legend of the phoenix? A mythical bird from pre-Golden Age folktales, it was said that it would burn within its own flames and rise anew from the ashes."
"That is the spirit of Solstice. Not one of sorrow, but of joy at the chance for renewal."
Reaching for the table next to her, Eva picks up a neatly wrapped package and hands it to you.
"May this gift remind you that, just like the phoenix, a bright future rises from the ashes of the past. Now go out there and celebrate all that life has to offer!"

Description
Equip a full set of Candescent armor.
The Candescent armor thrums with hidden power. You can tell that, like the armor of past Solstice celebrations, its true potential has yet to be discovered.

3. Celebrating Solstice
Description
Visit Eva Levante in the Tower.
Speak to Eva again while wearing your Candescent armor.
It may be at the Postmaster if your armor inventory was full when Eva gave it to you.
"Try it on!" —Eva Levante

"You look splendid, Guardian! Speaking of which…"
Eva reaches out her hand. In her palm rests a small pile of leaves that appear to be made of silver. They shimmer in the light of the sun.
"Beautiful, aren't they? Leaves like these have been seen all across the solar system. I believe they are… what's the word? Paracausal? Yes, that is how Rahool described them."
She smiles as she presents you with the leaves.
"You know, Ms. Holliday has been planning to build a bonfire in celebration of Solstice. Doing so in the Tower could be dangerous, so Ikora has raised the European Aerial Zone into the sky once again. Why don't you bring Amanda some leaves for her fire?"
Eva meets your eyes before handing over the leaves and gives you a knowing wink.
"And please, watch your step while you're up there."

4. Celebrating Solstice
Description
Complete the Bonfire Bash activity to transform your Silver Leaves into Silver Ash.
With your Candescent armor equipped, complete the Bonfire Bash activity in the European Aerial Zone.
Inspect the bonfire at the end of the activity to transform your Silver Leaves into Silver Ash. The more you stoke the flames, the more Silver Leaves are transformed.

5. Celebrating Solstice
Description
Visit Eva Levante in the Tower.
The ashes from the bonfire shimmer with paracausal power. Perhaps Eva will be interested in seeing them.

"Did you enjoy the bonfire, Guardian?"
Eva listens as your recount your adventure in the EAZ, including throwing the Silver Leaves onto the fire and how they were transformed into Silver Ash.
"How wonderful," she remarks with a smile. "When the flames have gone out, the ashes they leave behind bring us hope for the future."
Eva inhales deeply and takes stock of the surrounding greenery.
"The spirit of Solstice is in the air, and everyone is in the mood for some well-earned celebration. I wanted to help organize the festivities, so I put together a list of things to do. Why don't you take a look?"
6. Celebrating Solstice
Description
Open your Event Card and claim your first Event Challenge.
Your Solstice Event Card contains Event Challenges that grant various rewards upon completion.
Kindling awarded from completing Event Challenges can be used to improve your Candescent armor.

7. Celebrating Solstice
Description
Add the Kindling you earned from completing the Event Challenge to any piece of Candescent armor. Doing so will allow you to spend Silver Ash to imbue the armor with Embers that improve it.
You can feel the heat emanating from your Candescent armor. If you were to add Kindling to it, it would certainly have an effect.

8. Celebrating Solstice
Description
Adding Kindling to your Candescent armor has given you the ability to imbue it with Glowing Embers to improve its stats.
To do so requires the Silver Ash you acquired from the Bonfire Bash, and can only be done for the armor piece to which you applied the Kindling.
As expected, some of your Candescent armor's dormant power has been reignited by the Kindling. The Embers within it have already begun to glow.

9. Celebrating Solstice
Description
Visit Eva Levante in the Tower.
Eva will certainly want to see your newly improved armor. Her eyes are sure to be full of joy and pride at the sight of you.

Eva clasps her hands together as she greets you with a warm smile.
"What a splendid new purpose for your Silver Ash! I see how it makes your armor shine in the sunlight, a beacon of hope for all whom you encounter."
She reaches for the table, picks up a bundle of Silver Leaves, and offers them to you.
"Amanda is always looking for more leaves to build a new bonfire. Please bring these to her with my blessings, along with any other leaves you find on your adventures. The more you bring to her, the more Silver Ash the fire will leave when it has burned out. I look forward to seeing how bright you can shine!"
